Orange cheesecake

125 g Zucker
3 Ei(er)
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
1 EL Zitronenschale, abgeriebene
1 Prise(n) Salz
500 g Magerquark
150 g Sahne
70 g Mehl
1 Orange(n)

Lubricate the sheet, cover with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).

Mix the butter with the sugar with the hand mixer or in the food processor at the lowest level. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and salt and stir until frothy. Add the quark, cream and flour in succession and stir well. Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth it out. Quarter the orange and peel, cut into small pieces, spread on the quark mixture and lightly press.

Carefully place the cake in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes in the middle of the oven. Switch off the oven and allow the cake to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Of course, other fruits are suitable as a coating such. Cherries, mangoes, pears, apricots or pineapples.
